Hello Beautiful Human, 

Welcome to the 25th episode of the Live Love Let podcast! To celebrate, we're doing something different. Today I'm sharing a poem titled "You Are Worthy". 

It was inspired by a moment in time where my belief in my worthiness was being challenged and I had to dig deep to find the courage within to be steadfast in my belief of my worthiness I deeply believe that this podcast, this coaching business, and the abundance that flows though every facet of my life would not be my lived reality if I had allowed others to convince me that I was not worthy of the life and experiences that I desired. 

I hope that this poem and my reflections on this period in time, serve to remind you of your own uniqueness and worthiness. Feel these words. Let them flow over you and through you.
