"Lullaby" 

 Imagine the night is one big cloud

that every evening settles down

soft as a pillow for that ol’ blue sky

who (just like you) needs to close its eyes.

Imagine the sunset’s a goodnight kiss

and the earth (like you!) waits up for it.

And all the colors that we can see

is what their love looks like to me and you.

Imagine all the stars you see

are pieces of the sky’s gigantic dream

and when they twinkle and fill the air

it’s a special sort of dream you and I can share.

Imagine the moon’s a big night light

keeping dark away while you sleep tight.

It’s hanging up there so far away,

'cause any closer and it’d be bright as day!

And know for sure, I’ll be here close

because in this wide world I love you the most!
