POET OF THE MONTH

Who is Sylvia Plath? An American writer who is credited for the advancement of 'confessional poetry'. She is best known for the 'Bell Jar' and 'Ariel'. 'The Applicant' is an amusing poem by Plath. It describes how marriage was seen to be a political relationship rather than a romantic one (more so during the olden times). What do you think about marriage? Do you feel that it's the same till today?
