This week my amazing guest is poet and passionate educator Diosa Xochíquetzalcóatl. I know you will love hearing her share her story. She identifies as both a Chicana and Mexicana having spent significant time on both sides of the frontera. She has even done some fantastic exploration of her ancestry, tracing back several generations of her lineage. We discuss her prolific writing including her latest collection MeXicana: poemas y más poemas. I had the honor of editing her work and highly recommend checking it out. It is a powerful testament to the complex lived experience of the borderlands.
