Aloha, 

Today I am so excited to launch my brand new series called Poetry&Podcasting.  In this series I will be featuring a mix of my own work as well as work from other poets whom I feel can bring us blessing and encouragement through spoken words.  The type of poetry you will typically find here is spoken word poetry or SLAM poetry.  A unique and exciting form of poetry sure to wow your creative and passionate side no matter what topic you are talking about.  
Please note that with anything not every poem will be engaging and/or speak to every single person that will come across it, but I do believe that Poetry is a unique language that can speak fluently to some and not so fluent to others. And THATS OKAY!! if some of the poems that will be featured here doesn't speak to you right away, its totally fine, but please be kind with your words as all poems are personal to each poet and can touch from specific times int their life that can be a very touchy subject.  But thats the beauty of poetry it allows us to express ourselves and speak on even the most touchy of topics.  
I hope you folks will enjoy this series as much as I am.  I hope you enjoy every poem and keep coming back for more.
