High above the jungles in Vietnam, a plane could have been spotted flying overhead. What was this plane doing? Dropping minerals into the sky. Why? In hopes of causing it to rain, helping the US achieve victory in the Vietnam War.

It is well documented that the US was doing cloud seeding, known then as Operation Popeye. This was done to of course help us win the Vietnam War. However, did the cloud seeding stop there? Many conspiracy theorists believe that they are still doing it to this day, over the American People. Why? Only God knows why, but Will and Steven believe it can not be good.
