This week Zi and Vindesh explore the effects of polarization in our society.  Vindesh was asked to be apart of an article on how to heal America.  One of the topics that rose from that article was how divided our country is.  We have such an aggressive narrative when it comes to politics that it splits families, fuels petty wars, and undermines our general health.  This episode we discuss how to overcome the negative aspects of living in a polarized society.
