Kristi Cooper and Brent Anderson share some of the highlights from the 2013 Polestar Life Conference in San Diego, California. At the conference, they worked on bringing back the spirit to the mind/body/spirit connection in Pilates. Not only did they have amazing guests and speakers, but they were able to raise over $14,000 in an auction for the Special Olympics in the San Diego region.
