We are here to talk about police brutality and why it is becoming a huge issue today. We will also analyze the process that police go through when they are being hired by departments.

It's been in the news recently that police are brutally beating people. This makes many people wonder if it is the actual police officer's fault, or if it is due to the hiring process. 

The police have been hit with a lot of criticism recently. This criticism has been loudest in cases where unarmed black men have been shot by police officers. This takes a look at how police hiring is conducted and tries to understand if there is anything wrong with this process.

When a police officer acts out of line, we ask why are so many police officers killing people? But this question makes the assumption that police are killing people. The truth is that police officers are not killing people, individuals are. If police departments do not change the way they hire cops, then more people will die.
