In the wake of the Ohio grand jury declining to indict 8 police officers who shot Jayland Parker 46 times, I decided to replay an episode I recorded back in 2016 when I interviewed officer Robert Wagner who at that time was a former police officer with the Raleigh, NC police department.  I wanted to get the perspective of someone on the front line.  Hope you enjoy.
