Police were dispatched to do a welfare check on 68-year-old Monique Gilbertson, after one of her friends reported that she hadn’t seen or heard from her in over two weeks and couldn’t get in touch with her.
When officers arrived at Monique’s home in northeast Las Vegas, they were met by a man named Daniel Roush, 37 years old — someone no one even knew was living in Monique’s house.
