Yadav is a Development Studies scholar at Tribhuvan University, currently working as an Operations Manager at Nepal Climate Hub and a Data Analyst at CloudFactory. His work combines research, field experience, and storytelling—focused on rural development, governance, and lived experiences.

We explore the gap between systems and reality, drawing from insights in agriculture, development work, and field research. The conversation also touches on how data, storytelling, and policy often don’t align—and why human experiences matter just as much as numbers when it comes to real impact.
