In deze aflevering ging ik in gesprek met Kaycee Polite, een klinische maatschappelijke werkster met een specialisatie in seks therapie. Ons gesprek was erg free flow, waar ik haar beter leer kennen. Het is in het engels.

Waar ik het meest nieuwsgierig naar was, is hoe zij haar sensuele kant heeft weten te accepteren en hoe zij dit toepast in haar relatie.

Tevens werd ik bewust hoe het is om te communiceren wanneer het gespreken al geladen is met emotie. Ook al is deze vanuit liefde. Vanaf hier schrijf ik verder in het engels.

This is my path in revealing that we are all energy and are all one. You have heard this before and maybe intellectual you might agree, but what is your own true experience?

I have no clear direction as defined by our society standards. What I do have is a curiosity and a knowing that all has been written before. I just have to discover my path by taking action. I used to think that one day I might look back to this day and I would feel ashamed…

I even felt it while looking back at this episode, I said some things that I would say differently today.

But, why feel ashamed, when at this moment you are the best that you can be. This insight has grown also in compassion for others around me. I don't believe that someone on this earth gets up with the feeling of hurting other people.

We all do our best from our perspective and our level of awareness. My path is turning inwards and finding balance in sharing what I discover. I am no authority, you will have to discover your truth for yourself.

What I can do is keep sharing my bridges, my development on my path.

Is the question that I asked from a place of love. But when they are charged the other person might not be able to communicate it is what they are feeling. This is something I encountered a lot of times in my communication with others.
