The way they influence our lives through lies, week after week on all sides; feeding fear and falsehoods into the equation to the end of self-benefit and empowerment. Brexit is, unfortunately, an outstanding example of this farce we call ‘democracy’. Democracy only works if we all do our part; not to our own tune, but what is voted for and morally expected of us.
Leaders are in a position of extreme power and should shoulder this responsibility far better than they currently do.
