Some people argue they aren't worth the money they get now for being Members of the Legislative Assembly. And the Premier was pretty quick to throw water on the independent report calling for a 12 percent raise. But he is also voting down a recommended cut to his own pay cheque and other recommendations in the report that likely won't get as much attention.
