On Todays episode we’re joined by a very close family friend and loved one Johnny Drugan! Johnny is a Professional Bassist endorsed/sponsored by ‘Lakland’ from bands like ‘Beneath Me’. You may also know him for his highly respected, restored drum and guitar shop ‘Drugan’s Drums & Guitars’ in Des Plaines, Illinois that he owns and operates with his brother Brian. Johnny is like an uncle to me and someone i’ve always looked up to for his ambition and passion with following his dreams, so it was cool to get a chance to pick his brain about how his life and passions came to be. He spoke about his beginnings in music and with my family, how his grandfather mentored Johnny Winter and his father was Winter’s first bassist and close friend, & about his love for vintage instruments and the shop’s environment!
