On 11/16/2016, POM-J was pulled over and arrested by Cumberland, Maryland Highway Patrol Officer due to the smell of cannabis in the car. Was later released on his own recognizance, retained a lawyer, and had to appear in court. Won the case and had his marijuana record expunged. Never heard before secret audio recording
