In this episode, I am pondering and sharing some raw thoughts around the idea and phraseology of, "Back in my day!" Often Christians will look at ministry, outreach, mission and the like, through the lens of how we've done it before. While this can be a useful tool, it can often get bogged down in idealizing the past, and that can do harm to our discipleship and development as humans, Christians and churches.
