In this episode I reflect on attending the Fast Company Innovation 2023 Conference. I give kudos to FC and also report on comments made by Patagonia's CEO Ryan Gellert where they are a bot over a year since they had a major changeover of ownership to an Irrevocable Trust and how that has been going. I also discuss the newest value they've added that guides Patagonia going forward.
