This week's guest on Questions I Wanted to Ask is very dynamic Pooja Jauhari, CEO of India's leading creative agency The Glitch. She's someone who's a big champion of a gender blind, inclusive workspace and is taking active steps towards it. While she's been busy building the Glitch for the last couple of years, along with raising a three-year-old and now soon-to-be launch platform for new and underrepresented founders.

Pooja and I spoke about everything that led her to become the force she is today and her approach towards building a strong support group around her to be able to have everything she does while achieving her personal and professional dreams one step at a time.
