Why is it when I eat halal food with white sauce and hot sauce from a street cart in Manhattan, within a half hour my stomach starts bubbling?

There is still so much we don’t know about our bodies, and perhaps nowhere is that more true than in our guts, where literally millions of species of bacteria live out their entire lives and procreate endlessly.
