Today's episode on sleep is a subject that fascinates me. The restorative qualities of sleep, or the lack thereof, can lead to all kinds of downstream aftereffects, ranging from blood pressure to mental health.

While a lot is covered in today's episode, longer than typical, it's important to remember that today's analysis is the tip of the iceberg.
