The year of 2025 is the United Nations International Year of Cooperatives and throughout the year, Paper or Plastic has been introducing a different kind of Cooperative that currently exists in Vermont.

In this Broadcase, because it is so hot outside and inside the studio, we talk less and played more music, smooth like butter, milk and cream cheese, and mellow, just the right level to chill a bit. The little talking we do is about Dairy Cooperatives which are producing some cow farming products, like cheeses or Joghurts.
