Pop Queers stays covid-compliant with its ninth episode of Pop Quaranteers!

This week’s guests are Abbie Pobjoy and Bonny Scott who are currently working together on the documentary “Why Did She Have to Tell the World?”

The two go head to head on questions about the News o’ the Week, LGBT film in Australia, Feminism and Laws of the Land to see who will get to take home the 1977 classic “Macho Man” by the Village People.

“Why Did She Have to Tell the World” is a documentary about Australia’s first televised lesbian couple directed by Abbie Pobjoy and produced by Bonny Scott. It is currently in post-production and you can find out more and give your support to the project here.
