Costumes are often greatly overlooked when it comes to movies or TV shows, but can often make or break a story. Think of The Hunger Games' lavish outfits, Mad Men's dapper dressing, or the Bohemian fineries of Moulin Rouge, and how they transport us to a different time or even world.
