Pope Leo will also accept the National Constitution Center’s annual Liberty Medal this year. The number of U.S. troops wounded in the Iran war thus far has surpassed 200, with the majority able to return to duty. 13 servicemen have been killed. Iran’s new Supreme Leader has rejected proposals sent to Iran’s foreign ministry by intermediaries, telling a foreign policy meeting, “It is not the time for peace”. The Trump administration is not pushing for any action against members of the Castro family, but has told Cuban negotiators that the Cuban President has to go; Trump said yesterday that in regards to Cuba he “can do anything” he wants.
