The meat is found in the epistles which are the revelation of scriptures

The meat is in the words of Paul, in the words of Peter, in the words of James and John

The meat is in you, which is the Spirit of God

The Spirt of Truth, The spirit of Wisdom, The Spirit of Revelation

The spirit of Counsel

The spirit of Knowledge

His Spirit, The Spirt of Christ.
