Malcolm Nygard of the Flying Machine network joins us to talk about Porco Rosso, a hidden gem in Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli's impressive roster. Unfortunately, it's really only tangentially a kids movie. Thank goodness Malcolm is here to help Zach and Elle muddle through the adult stuff. Talking Points: Anime was a mistake, the virtues of being a pig rather than a fascist, European grandmas, and also, survivors guilt and self-perception. Hey, we told you this was adult stuff.  Every other week, grownups Zach and Elle look back at obscure, overlooked, and forgotten kids movies. Elle probably saw them as a child; Zach probably did not. Together, they get to the heart of what makes these films worth digging up or worth shoving to the back of your VHS cabinet.
