In this episode, we're talking about how realporn addiction is. We talked about it before and we will continue having this back-and-forth dialogue until you break the cycle.The last time we talked about the deeper roots of this coping mechanism. Now let’s put our focus on seeing if it’s possible to have porn be a part of your identity? You know what about to say, Yes!!!! 
Knowingly and unknowingly, we have a tendency to identify ourselves in the actions that we do every day. The hole in our lives is justified by that same action. So what does that mean? 
Even if you know something is bad for you it still becomes a priority in your life, you make room for it, someway somehow.Usually, the coping mechanism that we use numbs some type of pain and its primary use is to temporarily fill a hole.
You already or should know what you give attention to grows, so what do we do? We take the energy away from the coping mechanism in place that same energy on your purposeful purpose with intense force and focus.

Homework 📚 
  • Be willing to give it up
  • Where is your focus throughout the day? Put your mind's eye on your purposeful purpose. Your mind isn’t focused on anything strong enough to pull you away from porn.
  • This coping mechanism destroys the procrastinator, the putting offer, and the person who truly doesn’t want to look pass this addiction.
