The Porsche 911 Sport Classic will join several new 911-based siblings on the German automaker's stand at the upcoming 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show. The limited-edition 911 Sport Classic, which will not be marketed in North America, will be built in a run of only 250 cars and will go on sale in January, priced from $240,500. The 911 Sport Classic is the creation of the Porsche Exclusive special department and is based on the rear-drive Carrera S, with the wider rear body of the Carrera 4S. In addition to the wider rear track, visual cues include a SportDesign front apron with lip spoiler, a fixed "ducktail" rear spoiler, a new double-dome roof and custom five-spoke 19-inch wheels with black-painted centers. The exterior is finished in Sport Classic Gray. Porsche 911 Sport Classic: http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/autoshows/frankfurt/2009/porsche911sportclassicfrankfurtpreview.html
