This cool story takes place way up north in Alaska, the state in which you can see Russia from your house and where tourists have the hardest time getting to know the locals, because no matter how hard you try, it's just hard to break the ice in Alaska!
BTW, none of these notes have ANYTHING to do with the episode...except that it IS set in Alaska...
Oh, and if some musher offers you a yellow snow-cone and tells you it's lemon flavored, don't you believe him...
