Growing up in a small rural town in southern Illinois known as Kankakee, Portia Mittons also known as "Legit Trappin Queen P” discusses her journey from being a small town girl within a predominantly black community to being the only black person in Sumpter Oregon and the only black woman in the entire state to own a marijuana dispensary in the state of Oregon.
