“Stop. Back up and pray.
Stop. Look up and pray.
Stop. Hands up and pray.”
Have you ever noticed how the attack meets you in specific places? In specific positions? Not randomly… but strategically?
In this week’s episode of STP, we build on what was revealed in Mark 5—not by going deeper into the story, but by sharpening how we respond. Because once you recognize the spirit behind the struggle, the next step is learning how to stand when it shows up again.
This episode is simpler. Shorter. But intentional. We focus on three tactics for three common points of vulnerability:
When you’re in the mirror → Stop. Back up and pray.
When you’re on the porcelain throne → Stop. Look up and pray.
When you’re lying down → Stop. Hands up and pray.
These are not just actions. These are interruptions. These are moments where you choose to shift your posture, physically and spiritually, before the thought becomes agreement, before the urge becomes action. Just like in Mark 5, the battle is not just external. It is intimate. It meets you in quiet places. Private moments. Positions where you feel exposed. But the same authority that brought restoration then is the same authority we call on now.
This is about readiness. Write these down. Place them where the attacks happen. On mirrors. Near your bed. In the bathroom. Let the reminder meet you before the spiral does. Because even if you cannot hear the episode again in that moment, you can still see the instruction—and respond.
This is not about perfection. It is about practice.
Season 2 continues to remind us: we are not left without tools. We are not left without help. And we are not fighting alone.
