Mental Health is underrated but it’s impact on both one’s psychological and physical state if not properly managed is adverse. At a time like this for us Nigerians as we await the results of the 2023 General Elections, there is so much tension, mental stress and anxiety in the atmosphere because this is a defining moment for us as a nation. The need to take care of our mental health is imperative. One of the ways to take care of our mental health is by using positive affirmations to calm our anxiety and help us to stay positive.
