Positive Ageing for Positive People aims to support people 45 years and older living with HIV in developing skills, social connections, and self-empowerment, which are integral to ageing well.

Presented by SAMESH, the workshop series is supported by a Positive Ageing Fellowship Grant from the Office for Ageing Well.

The Office's Executive Director Cassie Mason joins us to speak about the office's history, their involvement with LGBTIQ+ communities and people living with HIV, and more.
