David Patterson is the owner of the Pioneer Football League. The PFL consists of 22 organizations and affiliates that provide structured opportunities and events for more than 1000 children and young adults in the New York City metropolitan area.  His background in football and education provide the backbone for the success of the league which has been recognized by the national football league as one of the top 500 programs in the nation.

Patterson grew up in Princeton New Jersey and played football at West Windsor Plainsboro High School and then Lafayette College. He is a New York City teacher in the Bronx and uses his experience in education and football as a platform to help young people achieve success both on and off the gridiron.
