Thank you for joining me today. Positive motivation is a tool I use daily. Standing in front of the mirror and saying positive affirmations. You can also write your affirmations down. Make sure you repeat them all day long. Your amazing, your beautiful, your love. Build a solid foundation. When the storm's come, your house won't move. Create your loving and positive affirmations. Keep creating new ones. Say them out loud or just to yourself. Love yourself, your perfect. Everyday we meditate for 5 minutes. Making time for ourselves. We're so busy running around. We need time for us. So please find a peaceful place. A safe location and get comfortable. Close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Forgiving all thoughts that come to your awareness.
