This sermon centers on the idea that positivity is NOT always naïve. Going back to the previous week, the cynic has a tendency to think the positive thinking and acting person is naïve to the realities of the “real world.” But those realities are, in many cases, only realities because we do not believe in moving beyond them. A positive spirit is not naïve, but instead it is bold and transformational! A positive spirit is the spirit of a disciple of Jesus Christ.
