Leona shares her experiences of suddenly shifting from face-to-face to online teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic. She talks about the challenges around facilitating in-class discussions, encouraging student engagement, and building student confidence in an online environment. Leona also reflects on how students have been affected by the shift to online learning and shares how she uses music to boost student motivation.
