A nonprofit organization focused on supporting American Airlines pilot spouses and domestic partners, Air to Heart Foundation was born out of the uncertainty of the global pandemic and secured its 501(c)(3) status as a foundation in 2023. Its self-stated mission is “to serve as an ongoing bridge for support” for active, retired, and bereaved spouses.
