In this episode I got to talk to Diana Hansen - author, personal trainer, and influencer about traveling in Europe, living in Italy, and the crazy place they are headed next! BUT the biggest part of this conversation was just talking all about positivity during big changes and hard circumstances - which for both of us has been really crucial. We both have had a more difficult last season than we expected, despite living out some dreams living in Australia and Italy. But in the midst of those, we talked about some of the tangible ways we have been fighting for positivity during those changes so we can soak up where we are at and all the good that may be in the middle of hard time!
