Reflecting on the 2022 school year I decided to cover positivity, a strategy I emphasize in my teaching practice. Positivity helps create a welcoming environment for learning and I believe that can be explained best through Carl Rogers approach. Rogers concept of empathetic listening and unconditional positive regard are explored in an effort to explain my approach. This is my first podcast, I hope you enjoy it!
