Angela uses the POB framework to discuss best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. That is, rather than looking at historically underrepresented workers in terms of the challenges they have faced, organizations should start looking at them in terms of the opportunities and unique perspectives they bring.
