Dylan Howley has learned the benefits of switching his thoughts from negative to positive first-hand. After a motorcycle accident left his right arm paralyzed at the young age of 20 he is he has found happiness by challenging himself physically and mentally. As a recovering alcoholic and enthusiastic cyclist, he brought his two passions together and founded The Lefty Cycles Project: A nonprofit organization dedicated to providing bicycles to those in recovery and spreading positivity along the way. He enjoys sharing his stories and lessons learned from life's good and bad times.
