Hey. I know it's been a minute but I've been struggling with suicidal ideations and now the first weeks of being on lithium. 😩. I was not hospitalized though so that's a win. I've also been struggling with some crap in the house which in hindsight is totally unimportant in the big scheme of life. Listen as I figure that out.
