FBI released updates in the NOLA NYE terror attack:
Driver of truck likely had help -- video shows other people placing IEDs in trash cans in French Quarter. Fire at AirBnB nearby was likely base of operations for group.
Remote detonation capability of IED's in driver's truck supports multiple attackers theory. 
Bollards on Bourbon Street were under repair/malfunctioning explaining why they were down. 
Be On the Lookout (BOLO) appears to be in effect for suspects who remain at large.
