September 11, 2001 changed our lives and our world forever. It is the one day each year that we all come together, regardless of our backgrounds, and remember the horrific acts of that day. 
But what happened on September 12, 2001? That is the day we began healing as a nation but it also showed our differences. 

In this episode, I talk about my experience post 9/11, as a PoC, and how it impacted the parenting of my 4 children. 

By educating ourselves, we can learn so much from each other and begin to break down these social barriers.
