Quick recap to my recent appointment for ADHD. Just what to expect and some show/ life updates as the work is gradually completed for upcoming content. I further explain my reasons for treatment and medication. Between work and education, it made sense to get the help that I needed. With the many projects in place, the goals I have in mind, and the general day-to-day stressors, the condition needed more managing so I can now organize more of my life to exercise efficiency in my daily to weekly tasks.
