Post Baby Body: "I Feel So Uncomfortable In My Own Skin, Can't Get Used To Stretch Marks & Loose Skin"
A new mum got in touch with The Saturday Social this week.
She was looking for some advice for Dr Illona Duffy.
Here is her email:
My baby is five months old now and besides the normal exhaustion of being a new parent, we're getting on great. I have to say though, I feel really uncomfortable in my body now - I can't get used to the loose skin and stretch marks I've developed since having my baby. I know it's all part of having a baby but I feel completely not like myself, I'm also seeing friends of mine who have had kids and have 'bounced back' very quickly, some you wouldn't be able to tell after a couple of months that they had a baby! Can you recommend anything to help me feel more like me?

Dr Illona also gave advice for Mark, who is worried about his thinning hair:
