Post-Covid Crisis: Communication and Production Struggles Within Institutions

Following the hindrance of the COVID-19 pandemic, we come to a time of isolation and misguided social requirements. While the pandemic has- and continues to impact humans globally, a focused perspective towards younger generations in America bears the need for evaluation. Seeing as how individuals from generation Z and younger lost critical years related to their socialization of communication norms and perception, theories of instability begin to arise; “How has COVID disabled effective communication between younger generations? How might this impact the consistency of production in the future? And what direction can we seek when attempting to renourish lost communication standards?”
